經查，河北省張北縣鹿源乳業公司董事長代文明私自藏匿了2008年未銷毀的問題乳粉。2010年2月至6月，代文明通過孫學豐、周忠林將48噸問題乳粉銷售給東垣乳制品廠。2010年4月至6月，東垣乳制品廠將上述問題乳粉藏匿在工廠外附近村莊民房和廢舊倉庫，使用其中的8.575噸（<a href="http://www.uggsbootsshoes.com/">uggs boots for 2010年6月初，吉林省吉林市工商局豐滿分局執法人員在市場巡查中發現，標稱出品商為“黑龍江大慶金泰乳品有限公司”、制造商為“黑龍江省綏化墾區金地乳業有限公司”和“黑龍江肇東市紅平食品有限公司”的“天慶牌”（批號為2010-01-20）全脂速溶鋅\鈣奶粉樣品三聚氰胺含量在1.6-21.2mg/kg之間。 現查明，2010年1月，黑龍江肇東市紅平食品有限公司負責人孔曉紅為犯罪嫌疑人呂亮加工分裝4.5噸問題乳粉後，將剩余的10余公斤問題乳粉裝入為徐誌學、李學榮代加工的“天慶牌”乳粉包裝袋充數。隨後，徐誌學將該批乳粉銷往吉林，被工商部門檢測出三聚氰胺含量超標。目前，呂亮銷售問題乳粉案已被移送起訴。 各地三省市查百噸問題乳粉
